Culinary workshop on July 31
Workshop program for July 31: learn how to make langoustine with beer butter, Wagyu beef from Avesnois and Carbonnade sauce, Bière Edouard for dessert. Drinks included.
Format: 2 hours of cooking with the chef followed by 2 hours of tasting - The menu will be tasted in the company of the Chef with 2 matching drinks + 1 coffee
