Presentation
Fauré's Requiem, as you've never heard it before, by the Chœur Régional Hauts-de-France and the Orchestre d'Harmonie de Saint-Omer.
To mark the centenary of the death of the great composer Gabriel Fauré, the Chœur Régional is delighted to join forces with the Orchestre d'Harmonie de Saint-Omer to perform a never-before-heard version of his Requiem.
With musical colours that are sometimes subtle, sometimes sharp, and a use of brass that is both surprising and highly seductive, this new arrangement succeeds in evoking the harmonic resonances of the organ: a (re)discovery not to be missed!

Albert Roussel, A Glorious Day op. 48
Victor Gallois, elegiac poem
Roger Boutry, Ikiru yorokobi
Alexandre Manoukian, Opalympiade 62.
