Cancellation insurance


Meetch cancellation insurance in partnership with PHENOMEN and the insurer MIMAT is offered to you. This covers the amount of your reservation (shows, visits, activities, etc.). We recommend that you take out this insurance in the event that an unforeseen event prevents you from attending. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, tickets are not refundable, returned or exchanged except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

How much does it cost?
The premium amount is 5% of the total amount of your purchase.

How to subscribe?
During your reservation, you are offered to take out cancellation insurance. Its amount is indicated before consenting to membership. All you need to do is read the information document on the insurance product and then validate it.

How to report a claim?
The declaration must be made within 5 days of becoming aware of the impediment to using the tickets. The declaration can be made:
