• Pick up your Hello Lille City Pass with 24-hour transportation at the Lille Tourist Office - Postal delivery available, tracked letter rate, minimum processing time 10 days.
• The HelloLille City Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase; any pass not picked up within this period will be considered lost.
• Many museums are closed on Monday mornings, Tuesdays, and during the Lille Braderie weekend. Free admission to certain museums on the first Sunday of the month and during Heritage Days.
• Temporary exhibitions at sites accessible free of charge with the HelloLille City Pass / Guided museum tours not included.
• It is your responsibility to check the opening hours and visiting conditions for each site (our services are available if necessary).
