Presentation

The 1920s and 1930s represent a particularly rich period in the arts and specifically in architecture. The metropolis of Lille has a great diversity (Art Deco, modernism, neo-Flemish, Anglo-Norman) linked to a growing need for housing and equipment, and for some cities, a need for reconstruction following the ravages of the First World War. It is this discovery that invites you to this tour by bus between Tourcoing and Comines, including the visit of a jewel of this time, the church of Saint Chrysole, recently restored.
