Encuentro is one of only 2% of French chocolatiers who make their chocolate from cocoa beans. The chocolate factory, nestled in the heart of a former spinning mill, offers guided tours of the premises, an insight into the production process, which uses no additives or processing aids, and, to satisfy your taste buds, tastings of this exceptional product.

Please be there 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
This tour is free for tour guides upon presentation of their professional card and upon reservation by phone or at the reception desk of one of the branches of the Metropolitan Tourist Office.
This tour is for adults and children aged 14 and over.
The tour takes place mainly in a standing position.
As the tour takes place in a production facility, for health and safety reasons, visitors are required to wear trousers and flat, closed-toe shoes.
