Presentation

The former Motte-Bossut spinning mill, a veritable “château de l'Industrie” in the guise of a fortified castle, was built in 1863 and has been home to the Archives nationales du monde du travail since 1993. Accompanied by an archivist, you'll discover the history of this building and then follow the path taken by the documents, visiting areas usually closed to the public.
