- The City Tour operates from Tuesday to Sunday at 10.30 am, 12 noon, 2.30 pm and 4 pm.
- The guided tour of Old Lille is offered in French every day at 3 pm, as well as every Saturday at 10.30 am.
- The guided tour of Old Lille is offered in English every Saturday at 11 am.
- The City Tour and the guided tour of Old Lille are free of charge for children under 6 and for qualified tour guides, subject to prior booking by telephone or in person at any of the Metropolitan Tourist Office information centres.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the tours at the Lille Tourist Office – Rihour branch, Palais Rihour, Place Rihour.
