- The Belfry is available by reservation from Tuesday to Sunday at 10 a.m.
- The City Tour and the Belfry are free for children under 6 years old, upon reservation in advance, by calling +33 (0)3 59 57 94 00.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the Palais Rihour, place Rihour for the departure of the City Tour.
- The Belfry is accessible by ringing the large wooden door located at its base, place Simon Vollant.
