- The guided tour of Old Lille is offered in French every day at 3 pm, as well as every Saturday at 10.30 am.
- The guided tour of Old Lille is offered in English every Saturday at 11 am.
- The Belfry and the guided tour of Old Lille are free of charge for children under 6 and for qualified tour guides, subject to prior booking by telephone or in person at any of the Metropolitan Tourist Office information centres.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the guided tour of Old Lille in front of the Palais Rihour.
- To access the Belfry, please ring the bell at the large wooden door at its base, Place Simon Vollant.
