Built in 1840, the former Delattre spinning mill is one of the oldest factories in Roubaix, and a rare vestige of the city's early industrial period.
Since 2008, it has been home to the École Nationale de Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse, a training, research and documentation centre dedicated to social work and juvenile justice.A guided tour will be complemented by the exhibition Les Cheveux blancs - Hommage aux anciens travailleurs immigrés du Nord et à leurs familles by Anouk Desury.
