Discover this family home, which is also Gabriel PAGNERRE's second architectural firm in Monsois, built in 1912 in the Arts and Crafts style. The influence of Freemasonry can be seen in many of the triple decorative elements. It is made of reinforced concrete and cinder blocks, innovative materials at the time. Stylised glass blocks create skylights that illuminate the villa between the ground floor and the first floor. It is a complete work of art. The architect also designed the furniture and stained glass windows. These colourful windows, with their refined and sometimes modern decoration, bring superb light to this cosy interior, favouring warm tones.
