At each event, a local chef presents a prestigious menu with food and wine pairings, exploring the region’s culinary heritage using locally sourced produce from short supply chains to showcase the best of the Hauts-de-France region. This unique experience is enhanced by a cruise aboard the event barge L’Eldorado.
Captain Louison will cast off from the banks of Quai Soubise in Lambersart, taking you on a surprising and exotic river journey! An exceptional, timeless experience awaits you! We’ll sail along the river to the Port of Wambrechies, passing through the Grand Carré Lock. A route that offers a different perspective, from the riverbanks, on the landmarks of our region, notably the Port of Lille and the Grands Moulins de Paris.
