Armed with your ‘My Explore Bag’, your quest booklet and your mobile app, set off to explore the streets of the town centre in search of clues, puzzles and challenges that will guide you from one iconic spot to the next.

As you make your way through the adventure, let yourself be surprised by the treasures of Armentières. Admire its iconic buildings, stroll through its bustling main square and discover how this town rebuilt itself after being deeply scarred by the world wars. At every stage, historical anecdotes, observation challenges and interactive missions immerse you in a past that is as rich as it is captivating.

Designed as a team adventure, this trail combines problem-solving, navigation and exploration to help you discover Armentières in a fun way. Solve the puzzles, keep your eyes peeled, work together and proceed at your own pace whilst uncovering the must-see sites and events that have shaped the town’s history.

Whether you’re with family, friends or simply keen to discover Armentières in a different way, this experience promises a convivial time, full of discoveries and surprises.

To know

Good to know
  • The game, available in French only, takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as on the first Saturday of every month, with starts at 10.30 am and 2.00 pm,  It is not available on public holidays and during the weekend of the Lille Braderie.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour to collect your kit and receive your briefing.
  • Please note: this trail includes stages that are relatively far apart. Make sure you wear a good pair of shoes and be prepared for a good walk!
  • The game is designed for 2 to 5 players maximum.
  • The price is €49 per bag.
  • A valid ID card will be required as a deposit when borrowing the bag.
