Opened in 1852, the Roubaix cemetery bears witness to the history of the city's construction and the men who forged its reputation, and features a unique line-up of 316 funerary chapels that recall the city's glorious industrial past.
A tour guide will reveal the secrets of the cemetery and the great men it houses, and decipher the symbolism of this rare funerary heritage.

  • Please be there 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
  • On presentation of a certificate, a reduced rate is available for: under-18s, students, jobseekers, RSA recipients, the over-62s, families of more than four, disabled people and their carers, and greeters.
  • Free for children under 6, with prior booking.
