- The City Tour is offered from Tuesday to Sunday at 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
- Old Lille in French is offered Monday to Sunday at 3 p.m. in French, every Saturday at 11 a.m. in English.
- The Belfry is available by reservation from Tuesday to Sunday at 10 a.m.
- Our great classics are free for children under 6 years old, upon reservation in advance, by calling +33 (0)3 59 57 94 00
- Please arrive 15 minutes in advance in front of the Palais Rihour, Place Rihour for the departure of the City Tour and the visit to Old Lille.
- The Belfry is accessible by ringing the large wooden door located at its base, place Simon Vollant.
