Presentation

Discover this beautiful bourgeois house with its Belle Epoque and Art Nouveau influences, which is opening its doors to the public for the first time. Its new owners, who have just restored it, welcome you and offer a guided tour of the first floor of this Haut-de-Mons masterpiece. The work and life of Gabriel PAGNERRE, an “extraordinary” architect from Mons who built more than 400 houses in the Lille metropolitan area, and who built the Villa Saint-Luc, are presented to you through personal archives never before shown to the public.
