Presentation

Losfeld was founded in 1871, selling cheeses to middle-class families in Roubaix and Tourcoing.
In 1973, it moved into the basements of former textile factories, which were transformed into maturing cellars to house the famous mimolettes and other regional cheeses. This is a prime example of how Roubaix's industrial past can be put to good use to promote its culinary heritage.
