ASTECQ and the Tourcoing and Pays de Ferrain Historical Society invite you to take a stroll through the ‘Lotissement du Congo’ neighbourhood in Blanc-Seau, Tourcoing. You will discover houses from the 1930s, designed by architect Desmettre, with stained glass windows by Largillier, and many other local curiosities.
